Business plans and financial projections lenders can work from
Most declines trace back to an incomplete or inconsistent file rather than a weak business. We build the narrative and the numbers together, so the plan and the model never contradict each other.

- Market and competitive analysis specific to your service area
- Use of funds with a sources and uses statement
- Three-year P&L, cash flow and balance sheet, monthly in year one
- Written assumptions supporting every major line item

SBA Preparation
SBA loan preparation and submission support
SBA loans are made by participating lenders under programs guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. OCS prepares the plan, projections and documentation — we are not the SBA and we do not approve loans.
SBA 7(a)
The most flexible program: working capital, equipment, acquisitions, expansion and owner-occupied property.
Preparation detailsSBA 504
Long-term fixed-asset financing for owner-occupied commercial real estate and heavy equipment.
Preparation detailsSBA Microloan
Smaller capital needs, frequently used by startups and very small operators through intermediaries.
Preparation detailsOCS provides SBA loan preparation and submission support. We are not the U.S. Small Business Administration and we do not approve loans. SBA program eligibility, terms and approval are determined by participating lenders and the SBA.
Franchise
Franchise financing, prepared around the brand's own numbers
Franchise requests need more than brand recognition. Lenders want projections grounded in the Franchise Disclosure Document, a complete project budget including working capital, and a documented equity injection.
- FDD-based initial investment and Item 19 analysis
- Full project budget: fee, build-out, equipment, inventory, reserves
- Royalties and ad fund contributions modeled into projections
- Single-unit and multi-unit development planning
Process
How OCS works
A defined sequence, so you always know what stage you are in and what comes next.
- 01
Funding Assessment
A structured review of your business, credit, equity, collateral and objective — and an honest read on what is realistic.
- 02
Strategy & channel selection
We compare the capital channels that fit on cost, speed, documentation burden and risk before anything is submitted.
- 03
Preparation
Business plan, three-year projections, sources and uses, and the full document checklist, reviewed for consistency.
- 04
Submission support
The package goes to appropriate capital sources. We help answer underwriting questions and keep the file moving.
- 05
Decision & next steps
We help you read the terms before signing — or review the reasons and the realistic path forward if the answer is no.

Authority
Experience on both sides of the table
Having worked inside commercial banking, Joe understands how a credit file is read: which questions get asked first, where an underwriter loses confidence, and what documentation resolves an objection before it becomes a decline.
That perspective shapes the practice. Rather than submitting quickly and hoping, OCS front-loads preparation so the request arrives complete — and tells you honestly when a request is not fundable as structured.
"Transparency, clear communication and protecting the client's interest. If a deal does not serve the business, the right answer is to say so."
